Strategic planning

A plan with dates, or a hard look at the one you have.

We help clients by reviewing their current business plan or helping them develop a plan to get the best result.

Strategic planning · Phoenix

Strategic planning with dates.

For an owner whose plan stopped moving, or who never wrote one down. A Phoenix or Arizona business that knows where it wants to go and needs the order of operations.

Review

A hard look

We read the plan you have. What still holds, what is stale, and what is missing a date or an owner.

Write

A plan with dates

Each step gets a date and a person. Short enough to read on a Tuesday morning.

How the plan gets made.

  1. Start a file. Where the business is, where it is going, and what is in the way.
  2. Review or write. We go through the plan you have, or start a clean one.
  3. Hand it over with dates. Then we build the parts that are ours to build, or introduce the right partner.

What stays true

  • What gets introduced, what gets built, and what gets automated, in that order.
  • Funding is a connection on the plan. We do not fund the business.
  • The plan has to fit a Tuesday, not a slide.

It is not a fifty-page deck for a drawer, and it is not a promise of money. If the plan needs capital, business funding is a connection: we set the file up and introduce it. We do not fund it.

Plan calls for a new site? See websites. Team needs to learn the tools? See training.

Questions

Planning questions

Do I need a plan before I look for funding?

It helps. The funding desk looks at revenue and bank statements. The plan tells you how much to ask for and what it pays for.

What if my plan is already good?

Then we say so, and tell you the next step with a date on it.

How long is the plan?

Short. If a page does not change what happens this quarter, it comes out.
