Life Flip LLC. Effective February 12, 2020. Restated for this site on September 26, 2026. Using lifeflipllc.com is your agreement to these terms. The site is a business consulting site. A form is a request to talk, not a contract for a result.

Not a lender

Life Flip is not a bank, not a lender, and not the funder. Business funding is an introduction and a setup. Any money comes from a separate connection. A project site is not this company.

Privacy, children, cancellation

Use of the site is also subject to the privacy policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen. If you are under 18, use the site only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Some services require a monthly payment. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Work already completed is not refunded.

Other sites and our property

Links are a convenience, not an endorsement. Some services are delivered with a contracted third party. You receive a limited license to use the site. Text, the logo, images, and software belong to Life Flip or its suppliers. Content is not for resale.

Disputes and Arizona law

Disputes arising out of these terms are resolved by individual binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are not permitted. To the maximum extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and Life Flip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Life Flip may change these terms. The current version replaces earlier ones.
