Welcome. Who we are and what we do.
If you landed here looking for the short version of Life Flip, this is it. Who we are, what we actually do, and what we will not pretend to be.
Who we are
Life Flip LLC is an Arizona limited liability company, filed February 11, 2020. The member is Chris Ellis. We work out of Phoenix, at 3101 N Central Ave Ste 183 #284.
We call ourselves computer geeks for the business, and we mean it. We like clean files, plain language, and work you can point at when someone asks what got done. We are not a bank, not a lender, and not a partner brand wearing our logo. When a project has its own name, it has its own site. When a partner has their own brand, it stays theirs.
What we do
Most of the week looks like this: a business sends a file, we figure out what kind of work it is, and we either build, connect, or automate.
AI is a big part of that. We help a company put AI on the work that repeats: the follow-up, the board, the copy that always comes next, the handoff that used to live in someone’s head. A person still keeps the decision. The point is less grind, not less judgment.
When the work is software, we build it. Websites that get the business seen. Studio products that ship under their own name. Systems that sit on top of the day-to-day. We also do planning with dates, data so client information lives in one place, training on the tools you actually have, and copy that sounds like the business instead of a brochure.
Funding is a connection
Funding comes up a lot, so we say this out loud every time. We connect a funding file and set it up. We introduce it to the right desk. We do not fund it. We do not lend money. If someone needs capital, we help the file be ready and get it moving. The money, if it comes, comes from elsewhere.
The work with a name
Some of what we ship lives under its own mark. Live today: Prime Time Grid (weekly sports research), gpgdata (sign and verify with OpenPGP in the browser), Best Weekly Diet (a low-sugar weekly plan), and USA Jet Broker (an aircraft desk for buy, sell, or charter with certificated operators). Other projects are still in the house: Money for Use, SAY RETIRED, and Debt Reduction Academy. Coming soon: Mr. Itinerant and Sexy Chef.
Partners are different. Head Start Biz, The Bookkepers, Operation Lend, Irresistible Life, TAXONIX, Head Start CRM, American Credit Revival, Freight Lifters, The Youth Academics and Athletics Association, Head Start Real Estate, Castles & Cottages, and Frankie Knox each run their own brand. We work with them. We do not claim their name as ours.
How a file starts
