Five days at the house. What shipped since the welcome.
The welcome post went up on October 23. Since then we opened a store, added a partner, rewrote our privacy policy and terms, and tightened the site from top to bottom. Here is the log, dated and in plain language.

Why we write it down
Anyone can say they are busy. We would rather show the work. When a business sends us a file, it should be able to see how we operate: what we change, when we change it, and whether it is live or still being tested. So we keep a running log, and from here on the blog is where the public part of that log goes.
This post covers October 23 through October 28, 2026. Every item below is live on lifeflipllc.com today unless we say otherwise. No round numbers, no borrowed results, no made-up praise. Just what got done, in the order it got done.
October 23: the blog, a notice, and a bigger partner list
The blog went live
We opened Notes from the House and published the welcome post: who Life Flip is, what we build, how funding works here, and how a file starts. The blog link now sits in the header and the footer of every page, so it is one click from anywhere on the site. Search titles and descriptions were refreshed on every page the same day.
A child safety notice on every page
We added a plain notice for the Arizona Child Abuse Hotline, 1-888-SOS-CHILD (1-888-767-2445), to the home page and to the footer of every page. It is not a marketing line. It is there because a business site is read by a lot of people, and that number should be easy to find.
Projects and coming soon
SAY RETIRED got its final name across the site, and two projects now show as coming soon: Mr. Itinerant and Sexy Chef. The full list of projects is on the Studio page. A project that is live has its own site, and we keep it that way, so you always know which name you are dealing with.
Partners, clearly labeled
The partner list grew that day, and every partner card on the home page and the Studio page now shows the partner’s own logo. Our rule did not change: a partner is a separate company with its own brand. We work with them. We do not claim their name as ours.
October 26: the Life Flip Shop opened
The biggest change of the week is the Life Flip Shop. It runs on the same site, under the same domain, and it went live on October 26. The header and footer of all 15 main pages now carry a Shop link.
How the shop works
- Made to order. Items are printed by our print partner, Printful, when you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
- Paid through PayPal. We do not see your full card details.
- US shipping only. Shipping is free on orders over $99, except to Alaska and Hawaii. Tax and shipping show at checkout.
- Clear rules. Because each item is made for you, sales are final. The full policy is in our Terms.
The shop is styled to match the rest of the site: the same dark look, the same orange accents, the same footer. A customer moving from a service page to the shop should not feel like they left the company. The shop also has its own contact form and the same site icon as every other page.
October 27: more products, a new collection, a 12th partner
The Life Flip line filled out
Two pilot tees became a real line. On October 27 we added a Heavyweight Tee, a Hoodie, an embroidered Dad Hat, and a Mug to the Life Flip collection, each with its own description and search title. The Heavyweight Tee and the Dad Hat are $32 each.
Shop by business
The shop now has a “Shop by business” row, and a Prime Time Grid collection went live on October 27. Merchandise for our own project brands is sold by Life Flip LLC through the Life Flip Shop, and our Terms say so in writing.
Cleaner partner logos
We rebuilt every partner logo with a transparent background so it sits cleanly on the dark site, with a thin outline on the darker marks so none of them disappear into the page.
Frankie Knox joins as our 12th partner
Frankie Knox (frankieknox.com) is now listed as a partner, with a card on the home and Studio pages and a link in the footer of every page and the shop. Frankie Knox offers business coaching in tax, funding, real estate, and growth. Like every partner, it is its own company and runs its own brand.
October 28: Best Weekly Diet, new policies, and a full search pass
The Best Weekly Diet collection
A Best Weekly Diet collection opened on the shop, with tees, hats, and a hoodie. Across Life Flip, Prime Time Grid, and Best Weekly Diet, the shop now lists 18 products.
Privacy and Terms, rewritten for how we actually operate
When you add a store, your policies have to keep up. On October 28 we updated our Privacy Policy and Terms. They now say, in plain words, who gets your information when you order (Printful to make and ship it, PayPal to take payment, carriers to deliver it), that the shop uses cart cookies, that we ship to US addresses only, and how partner and project merchandise is handled.
We also added a “Visit tracking” section to the Privacy Policy the same day, because we turned on basic visit tracking on the site and the shop. If we measure visits, you should be able to read that we do. We do not sell your information.
Search and accessibility
We finished a search pass and checked it live: titles, descriptions, and canonical links on the home page, About, the blog, and the welcome post; descriptions on Privacy and Terms; titles and descriptions on the shop and its collections. All 12 partner logos now carry alt text, so screen readers announce each partner by name.
What is still open
A log that only lists wins is not a log. These are the items we are still working on:
- Our sitemap still lists the 13 core pages from October 23. The blog, the welcome post, and the shop are live but not in it yet.
- Shop product pages still need their own headings and canonical links, and the collection pages share one canonical link.
- Some projects on the Studio page do not have a public link yet. They will when they are ready.
When those are done, they will show up in the next update.
What this means if you work with us
None of this is a brochure. It is the same way we work a client file. Small changes, shipped and checked. Policies written before they are needed, not after. Partners named as partners. Prices and shipping rules stated up front. If you want a website, a system with AI on the repeat work, planning with dates, data in one place, or a funding file set up and introduced, this is the standard you get.
That is also why we publish the open items. A partner, a lender desk, or a new client should be able to check our work against what we said we would do, and see the gaps we already know about. Credibility is not one big announcement. It is a record that keeps getting longer.
Funding still works the way it always has here. We connect a funding file and set it up. We introduce it to the right desk. We do not fund it, and we do not lend money.
FAQ
How often will you post updates like this?
When there is real work to report. This is the first one, and we plan to keep the log going on the blog.
Where does the shop ship?
US addresses only. Shipping is free on orders over $99, except to Alaska and Hawaii. Tax and shipping show at checkout.
Can I return a shop item?
Items are made to order, so sales are final. The Terms explain what happens if an item arrives damaged or wrong.
Are your partners part of Life Flip?
No. Each partner is a separate company with its own brand and its own terms. We work with them.
How do I start a file?
Use the form on the Start page, or email info@lifeflipllc.com.
Start a file
One form. Tell us what you need: funding, a site, AI on the business, a studio build, or something without a neat label yet. The answers decide who works the file. Read more about us, or go straight to the form.
